Cannot get Email Verification and Steam Guard codes on my Yahoo mail

When I try to request an email verification on my Yahoo email, it doesn't receive any email verification and even the Steam Guard codes on my email but my Gmail works. What's behind this blackout?

How do you even change to Gmail? I can't get it to work on my Yahoo as well.

Go to Steam --> Settings --> and click Change Contact Email Address, if you type in your Gmail address, they'll send you a code to change your email address and then your verification code via SMS.

I can't access my steam client now actually. Which is why I am trying to get my code from my Yahoo email. Let me look around if I can do it via web as that is my only option which is logged in now.

I don't think this is an email cllient-specific issue. Steam seems to be having problems and isn't sending the emails currently.

I'm logged in but can't change my email address because I can't get the email authentication code!

Well, Yahoos servers were dead for about a week +- , I also think that changing the email will do way more that Yahoo mail.

I was able to add my gmail to the account at Steam Support portal and set it as Default after verification, still I can't even log in with my credentials there.

Really is Happy Holidays for Steam.

And just to add, the gmail is not showing up in my Store Account though. Learnt something about Steam today. Seems like they kind of have "separate" account management for different portals like where you game and where you seek support.

Off-topic: Same sh*t happened when I'm trying to change my email address from gmail to Yahoo, it cannot process my request.

I got the email address change request on my Yahoo account but it doesn't proceed to enter my confirmation code and password. I tried different PCs, but it's the same sh*t happening again.
