Support should at least be able to do something about that. But then that would require access to your purchase history. Possibly your personal information too. Maybe. So I can sort of see why they can't get access. Still, they are supposed to be professionals, so they have to keep that sort of info private right? Or they get booted out of their job.
Something like that at least. I'll let you folks know If I get a mail anyway, but I really, really, seriously doubt it.
