Upload screenshot button missing on steam client and on chrome?

I tried to tinker with the screenshots and upload a custom one, and now I can't find the upload screenshot button at all?
Where did it go and how can i get it back?

I was having this same issue. The only way I've found to actually view the screenshots is to click View on the very top Steam Client Navbar and navigate to "Screenshots". But if I go to the same thing via my Activity page and then the screenshots link, it doesn't show an upload button.

Nice necro post, but try this:

When you look at a game in your library there will be a "screenshots" tab on the side of the game's page. Under that should be a button that says "Manange my <number> screenshots." Click that and it should take you to the uploader.
You can't upload screenshots that have already been uploaded however. You can see what screenshots have been uploaded because they will have a little cloud in the corner of them.

having the same issue. I do not have a upload option at all. Even going to the tab game and right clicking it, there is no view screenshot, manage my number of shots. the only thing it shows me when I go directly to community and to screen shots is upload them faster. but don't even give me the option.
