[SOLVED] Steam Backup and Restore asking for CD Key

I already searched a little, and most people have this problem because they're trying to restore a backup on another account than the one that was used to make that backup.
My issue here is that it's asking me for a CD Key when I restore my games, but I made that backup on the very same account that I use to restore these games.
This is very annoying as I have quite a slow connection, and I really don't want to redownload all of these games (almost 100GB of data)
Any solution, or is there any way to extract the CSD and CSM files that the backup tool makes manually ?

Open steam client, go to Library, click on the game u want CD KEY, on main window on the right side there is

and below this there is "CD KEY" click on it to see CD KEY to this game

The problem is that I have no idea from which game it's asking the CD Key, so I don't know what to look for.
Even worse, I think I have no game on my backup that even has a CD Key...
Let me double check, and I'll come back.

if your restoring the games to a new account, you have to purchase those games on the new account, this is why your being asked for the CD key to run the game.

As I said on my first post earlier, I used the SAME account to make the backup and restore it.
But I think I found out why I have this issue. One of the games I backed up was downloaded using Steam Family Sharing (I tried a friend's game using that function). Since I reinstalled Windows and formatted my hard drive, Steam doesn't link my account to my friend's anymore. So I have to ask him to relink my account for me.

Ok, so, problem solved.
I simply relinked my Steam Family Sharing account to my friend's, now it doesn't ask me anything, it's restoring right now.
