Can't gift a game

So recently i got some money to buy Payday 2 to a friend. I already have Payday 2, and i should be able to gift the game, but actually i can't. Both "Purchase for Myself" and "Purchase as a Gift" are not clickable. Down with orange is written that i already have the game. Why can't i gift the game ? Please help me !!!

Are you trying to gift the game or are you trying to gift the 4-pack?

Then that's strange. Try emptying your cart and putting the title back in, see if that works. If not, try it with another product (basically to see if purchasing overall is disabled). If yes, possibly try another platform (if you're in the client, try a browser, and vice versa).

If none of those work, contact Steam Support.

It is interesting. I put Besiege, a game that i already have and i already gifted it yesterday. Everything works. I put Payday 2, still the same fking thing.
