Redeemed code on wrong account.

I redeemed a 20$ gift code on my second account by accident and was wondering if there was a chance of undoing (?) it, and (re) redeeming on my main.

No chance in undoing it. But you could just transfer the money to your other account via gifting a steam game to it, or selling a cheap item on your main for 20$ and buy it on your alt.

Yes, but both the account that bought the gift and the account that received the gift need to request or approve the refund request.

No, if the gift is bought on your second account, the refund money goes back to that account, not to the account that received the gift.

The simplest way would be what Neztile said.

List a cheap trading card on the market from your main account for $20 then "buy" that card on your alt account. That way the $20 will be on your main account.
