144hz monitor recording 60fps videos
Hello everyone i have big problem.. i got my new BenQ Xl2430t monitor. It has 60/120/144hz modes... I love video editing and i record with shadowplay. I found 60fps video on my Hdd which was recorded on my old 60hz monitor.. it runs smooth and fine on my 144hz mode but... i tried to record my gameplay with new monitor and when i played the recorded 60fps video it was choppy and laggy for me... and always when i switch monitor refresh for 60hz and try to play 60fps game it looks like 30fps.. so 60hz mode is doing worse then 60hz mode on old 60hz monitor... i cant understand it.. i dont know how to record smooth 60fps video on my new 144hz monitor ... i need help

When i play at 144hz mode game is awesomely smooth but recorded video is choppy and bad ..

It's because shadow play can only record up to 60fps thats why too much fps on your screen while recording with shadow play will result to stuttering
