find the game on 'canyourunit' and it will tell you if the laptop will be able to play the game. since it's a new laptop, make sure you go to the manufacturers website and download the latest drivers for everything. but Celerons are not really upto playing games, their pretty low powered CPU's.

Considering the CPU the integrated wouldnt be very good, but Terraria and other 2D games would be doable.
