Razer firefly won't pair with synapse

I know this has nothing to do with Steam but i just got a new Razer firefly and i really want to pair it with razer synapse but i don't know how to do it.
Can someone help me ?

im having the same problem, when i plug it it light up and says installing driver, but it wont show up on synapse

Try and plug it in another usb port. i got mine to work from that

I'm having the same problem too. And it only works when i pair it with audio visualizer, but when i turn the AV off it doesn't work and it's not on synapse. Anyone help us please, i already tried re-installing synapse and plugging it on another port still not working.
