Did CIMB Malaysia blocked Steam?
There's the Winter Sale going on right now and I just realised that I can't purchase anything using my CIMB debit card. I already have funds in my account but when I try to purchase games it says the Bank declined my purchase. Please help.

22 Dec 2015 onwards, cimb by default set card not present transactions off for debit card, i just called them today to opt-in(turn on) and its working fine now. Only need to do this one time~

So, I can just call them and tell them to 'turn it back on' and then I can make purchases again?

Hi me and my housemates also have this problem. How do you ask the CIMB person to turn it on again? What is "it" refers to? Sorry I don't really understand hehe
