question - hide friends from friends?

Is there a way to make it so that people you have as friend can't see who else you have as a friend? I saw the option to make ones profile private but i'm not entirely sure that did what i wanted.

Only option is to hide your profile, as you said yourself.

When you block someone, they'll be in your friendslist but won't show up on your profile.
Naturally, the latter is not an option for the practical reasons.

I think that's not possible... the best way you have to do it is making your profile private.
Anyways, you can also post a suggestion at the Suggestions Discussions ;)

Anyone with a blocked profile want to friend me just so i can double check? Seems pretty straight forward but... i don't trust any of you, haha.

I meant that if you block someone on your friendslist, they'll remain on your list, but won't show up on your profile.

The impractical side is that you won't be able to talk, so it's not "really" an option.

It's just i.e. a method I keep my alt. accounts on my friendslist without showing it on the profile to other people.

Neither of us were saying Private Profile won't do.

The only people saying "nope" were spamming for the lousy badgetask.

If you make your profile private, no one will see your friend list. If you block someone he can't see your friends but you can't talk to them... These are the 2 options. That's what we are saying.

I can see you were playing Fallout4 and Stronghold and you had friends like Sevrid and the Queen.

If your friends really want to find out, they easily can using cached websites and stuff like http://steamid.co.uk
