Report a translation problem
When you block someone, they'll be in your friendslist but won't show up on your profile.
Naturally, the latter is not an option for the practical reasons.
I think that's not possible... the best way you have to do it is making your profile private.
Anyways, you can also post a suggestion at the Suggestions Discussions ;)
The impractical side is that you won't be able to talk, so it's not "really" an option.
It's just i.e. a method I keep my alt. accounts on my friendslist without showing it on the profile to other people.
The only people saying "nope" were spamming for the lousy badgetask.
I can see you were playing Fallout4 and Stronghold and you had friends like Sevrid and the Queen.
If your friends really want to find out, they easily can using cached websites and stuff like http://steamid.co.uk
