Every Sale gives me "unverified credit card" problem?
So I've been adding funds to my account a few times recently, then I added £4.00 a couple of times today and on the last one it said my bank card was unverified (even though it wasn't) and I used it lots of times today and during last week. So how did that happened? I only have 1 card. So now I can't access the market and the "Verify A Credit Card" page says I have "two different" fund values amount to verify? This also happened during the summer sale and last winter too.

The Market is unavailable for the following reason(s):
You've recently funded your Steam Wallet using an unverified credit card that has had a recent increase in use. You can attempt to verify the funds now or wait until the restriction is automatically removed.

NOTE: Verifying the funds may not work with all banks or credit cards. If you cannot verify your card, then you must wait while the payment method is verified with Steam. Steam Support cannot provide or convert verification charges and cannot remove this restriction. More info...
If nothing further occurs to restrict your access, you'll be able to use The Community Market on 28/12/2015, 09:01:03.

Well it stated that some banks and credit cards cannot be verified, yours may fall under that. And since this only seems to happen during the sales, it's probably because you don't use your card very much throughout the year until the sales get here. And since your regular usage goes up dramatically during the sales, the system detects that these purchases may have not been authorized. That's my best guess, hopefully you get this sorted out.

Ah, yeah that makes sense I guess

It's a Visa "Debit" if that helps, would that mean I have to wait up-to 3 days or contact my bank for the 2 authorisations Steam wants me to enter?

I don't believe that contacting your bank is necessary, as it's not a real problem on their end, it's just Steam with all their restrictions. I suppose you should wait out the 3 Days when the funds have been verified and continue on your way. Just be conscious to how many times you add funds and try not to do it too much or it might alert the system, and you'll have to deal with these holds again.
