Is it possible to highlight enemies in csgo?

Im a new csgo player and i find very hard to distinguish my team vs the enemy team. One tims i walked right up to the enemy team thinking it was mine, and died right off the bat. So i was wondering if it is possible to lets say, make the enemy team have a red tint and my team a green tint to the player. I think this would greatly improve my skills because I can tell who to fire at. Ive seen a program called vibrace gui but im not exactly sure what it does.
