Currency Symbol Missing [SOLVED]

I have just upgraded to Windows 10 x64bit. I went to the store and It's like this:

I live in India and the currency is in Rupee. It was fine previously in WIndows 7.
In browser its fine, its just happening on steam client. I've re-installed it but no change.
Its as if the font is missing or something.
Any Ideas?

it looks logged in I missed the games in library.

Didnt work

looks more like windows is missing the right format for the symbols.
I googled but could not find anything.

Yeah :( maybe i should find a font of the currency and put that file in fonts folder or something

You could try clearing Steam's Html Cache:
