If you're talking about Market.

You need to have a purchase that's older than 30 days; less than 365 days old to participate.

With an account that's not older than 30 days; there's absolutely no way you meet this requirement.

i just bought the steam Card yesterday and i put it on my account... but do you think i can take the 30days restriction?

I'd suggest to buy something with the funds. Seeing you're unlimited, the price doesn't matter.

Too bad, but wanting doesn't override the requirement here.

You need to have a purchase that's older than 30 days; not older than 365 days.

Wallet code redemptions aren't purchases.
