when i click on CD keys it just says requesting key and wont stop loading

EA has disabled the visibility of all their games CD keys for many months now.
There was a exploit to generate endless copies of keys and as a response EA disabled all their keys on Steam.
As long you login and linked to a ORIGIN account you should not need the CD key anyway when playing the game on Steam.

Spore is unique and normally you would not require the key anymore but after Steam removed the CDkeys in March, it also removed the workaround most people had been using for years to access the Spore Network.

As mentioned in the Spore Discussion section, you either have to contact EA support for the key or try the workaround at the top of the discussion section.

Also, keep this in mind for the future, it's always best to ask in the game's own discussion section and not a general section; info on a specific issue is far more readily available there. Game's Store Page -> Top right Community Hub -> Discussions.
