GLFW ERROR: What do I do?
I just bought Stormworks today. I used to play this game a bunch and I decided to go back and replay it. I used to play it on a different OS(Windows 10), but now I'm trying to play it on Windows 11 and it is giving me an error which says:

GLFW ERROR:
WGL: The driver does not appear to support OpenGL.

This is weird because I haven't seen any files in the game mentioning OpenGL before. Thinking that this was just a missing file, I uploaded a OpenGL.dll file into the directory with the other dll files, but nothing new happened. I noticed though when I looked through the files there was no executable files in sight. I quickly realized though that this is not the issue, as the game booted up once just after I downloaded it and allowed me to play, meaning that it wasn't an issue with there being no .exe files.
From there, I've tried almost everything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game: Nothing. I've tried verifying all the files through Steam's file verification: No files were missing or out of line. I've tried updating all of my drivers: Nothing. I have no idea what display driver I have, but I am very sure that it is up to date. Could it be something with Windows 11? I'm not sure. I'm not the administrator on this computer, so I can't fix it if it is. One thing of note is that I used to use Windows 10 on this computer before swapping to Windows 11. I deleted everything during this swap, so I have no idea what's going on.

What's going on? How do I fix this?

Note: One theory I have is that my computer is somehow missing the OpenGL compatibility files. I tried downloading the OpenGL Compatibility Pack by Microsoft on the Microsoft Store, which allowed the game to run and fully open, but it took about 8 seconds for each new frame to load.

What do I do?

Use the dll files from this guide it works for all games that have GFWL. Only downside is no online.

<snip>
It's a OpenGL driver issue, not a Games for Windows Live issue.

GLFW stands for Graphics Library Framework, not Games for Windows Live
