Achievement Showcase incorrect to 'Perfect Games' number?

Hi there Steam friends, I was just browsing my profile and noticed that my achievement showcase is sitting at '30 perfect games'.

However, upon clicking on the '30 perfect games' it takes me to my perfected games list, which at the top indicated '34'

Why is this inaccurate on my profile? I know it may not be an issue to many, however as a completionist I would really like to figure out what I have done wrong, or what to avoid in future.

Asking SteamDB for a list of so-tagged games, i.e.,

https://steamdb.info/tag/1003823/

I see that e.g. https://store.steampowered.com/app/2420510/HoloCure__Save_the_Fans/ has the tag, and moreover, that it's displayed in the list to the right of the "Play Game"button.

I.e., you'd check the store pages for the games on your list.
