Windows 10 /11 bad audio With bluetooth headphones or airpods.

IDK why I'm doing this but why not hands-free mode is cancer.
And I would never wish it on my worst enemy.Why is hands-free mode feature on Windows 10.
I thought my £100 headphones were really bad but it was just the hands-free mode making them sound like that so i feel embarrassed about it going 2 months without figuring out that all i can respond to it but don't be like me YOU NEED TO DO THIS >Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers
With any new/old audio Bluetooth devices you want to use i recommended to disable hands-free telephony
Just fine the new devices in the Control Panel then Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers
Then hit properties then go to services and disable hands-free telephony for the best quality sound
I do not know the purpose of the service but make sure audio really bad it can be confusing with two audio devices with the same name
the only differences one of them says hands-free and its a pain to accidentally pick the audio option in the middle of a game just disable the service on the audio device
to stop the mix up and have the best audio quality of Windows 10 and 11 and if you have the purpose of hands-free telephony please tell me I would like to know what its for
