I can not add library free to play games

Whenever I want to download the lost Arch and World of tank, it just says "Scanning for steam game updates" and nothing else happens. No folder is created on the \ steamapps \ subscriber, just closes the window and pretends nothing happened.

1. Exit steam, open task manager and end proccess of steam.exe
2.turn off anti-virus
3.run your steam client as an administrator
4.Change download region

This thing happened to many steam user at only free-2-play games and if what i write above doesn't works contact steam support (Im not sure they will fix that issue, but give it try or just try download it later)

They should be added/installed to your Steam library by default.
Once in the library make a new collection name it free to play.
Add these game to that collection. R/click add to.
Using this feature I found I needed to reduce the size of the collections, To do this Steam top left>settings>library>make library elements small. ok it

I reread post two times after this replay. Doesnt he has diffirent problem? He cant inatall free-2-play games (,,Scanning for steam games update"). Its not just about adding it into steam library

I did all this, but unfortunately it did not happen.I have no problem downloading. My problem is that only these two games (lost ark and world of tanks) are not added to my library.thanks anyway

Not done again! My problem is that unfortunately only these two games (lost ark and world of tanks) are not added to my library.thanks anyway

These two games are free and have nothing to do with my country. My friends have added and installed both of these games.

They didn't do it without violating Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement nor the ToS of Lost Ark or World of Warships.
Neither game is available in Iran. For one, your country is still being sanctioned by the UN. And second, neither publisher has the rights to make it available in Iran.
No one on the forums can or will assist you with violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement or the ToS of each game.
