FRIENDS NETWORK UNREACHABLE

Hi everyone, I've been using steam for a year now. For a long time I had uninstalled it and yesterday I wanted to install it but a problem arose. It doesn't make me connect with my friends' network: can you help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance

What OS, dont expect other to tell you why, almost part of read other past post about it, I could say win10+ user should not have any issue with it.

this dont mean mac and linux and other system cant have semi same issue.

I've found a solution.
The only thing you have to do, is to go on (big picture mode) and immediately exit of off it.
Then it should be fixed.
For some unknown reason it worked for me, idk why tho.

(note: this has happened to me couple of times by now, and this solution works every time, and yes I use the old UI too)
