Can't give thumbs up or down in community workshop

I'm working on my Community Ambassador badge and need to rate something in the Workshop but every time i try to, i get the error message "Your account does not have sufficient privileges to perform this action. Please make sure that you own this game and that your account is in good standing." I've had my account for over two years, but I've never used workshop before. Similarly, I own 1 game that people have made stuff for in the workshop, and I've subscribed to something, but it still gives me that error. I've tried client and browser, same error. Can someone help?

it's no longer just subscribe to something on the workshop, i have to give a rating to it, and the that part is not working. On top of that, I'm already subscribed to something from a game I have, and I still don't have the requirement completed.

I'm having this same issue OP, have you figured out how to fix it yet? If not, I'll keep digging and if I find something I'll post it on here!

Do you own the game?

Are you banned from that particular game hub?
