Nope

Wallet funds are store credit, think of it like money that has already been spent.

There never has been nor will ever be a cash out option.

No.

For the reasons Elvis already mentioned.

Can Steam Wallet funds be gifted, withdrawn or transferred to another Steam account?

No, Wallet funds cannot be moved or withdrawn to a bank account. Once a Steam Wallet code has been redeemed on an account, the wallet funds are then tied to that account. If you would like to buy another user Steam Wallet funds, please purchase a Steam Wallet code.

Not Possible.

I don't know why anyone never mentions this option:

STEAM WALLET REFUNDS
You may request a refund for Steam Wallet funds within fourteen days of purchase if they were purchased on Steam and if you have not used any of those funds.

What doesn't apply is cashing out wallet funds from market sales.

Well usually people aren't asking about refunds when asking about this. If OP was asking about refunds they should probably put some of that information in their post...

I know when I ask for a refund on something I refer to it as "cashing out" or "transfer money to paypal or some account". If you're talking about refunds like that, maybe you refer to your grandfather as your uncle's dad.

That's not really what the OP asked though. Wallet funds can only be refunded if the whole amount is untouched and it falls within the 2 week policy but in terms of cashing out idle funds, it cannot be done.

You don't know for sure what the OP is actually trying to do. The refund may apply to them and they just don't know about it.

I can pretty much see the items in their inventory and put two and two together.

Right, we can only infer based on the information OP provided, which in no way implied he recently bought wallet funds and was trying to refund them.

I mean you can interpret his question however you want. Wondering why other people didn't interpret his post the way you do is a little silly.

If the OP wanted a refund then I'm sure that's what they would've asked.

Lol, I think its best to offer all options available since that refund option is not well known. That way OP has all the options available.

Edit:

I can't believe I got a forum warning for offering the OP additional options. I was even nice the whole time.

Its because of people like you that I went to friends only profile. I was tired of people, like you, making snap judgments by simply looking at my profile.
