I think neo-minimalism is offensive, but I'm not going to ask everyone with a profile utilizing that style to change it or ask that it is somehow hidden from my gaze.

I believe OP really just wants to stop the image movement to halt the "flickering" - it's kinda distracting whether it's anime or not.

Some of the avatar borders have pretty...bold...effects. I would love to kill the animated particle effects on my own but I can't find anything similar on the points store.

Edit: Obviously, everyone can use whatever they want, and while a "pause" button would be nice, it's also obviously impossible. It's a question of taste and everyone likes something different. To each their own. So, OP, you'll have to live with it.
