How to check detail of activation history

I need information about rainbow 6 siege that I redeemed via CD Key couple years ago, since ubi need that information to prove my ownership of my account. I cannot find it in purchase history(ofc I did not buy it by myself) and in activation history there is single line says I activated at what date. How could I check that CD key?
btw I cannot find that CD key in my email

Open this game's context menu in your Steam library. If there's a readable key, it's there.

As you did not buy it yourself ask the person who gave you the key.

As you did not buy it yourself ask the person who gave you the key.

That was like 6 years ago and I don't really remember who send me this game

Sadly it is not there

note that Ubisoft games do not have cd-keys. They use a custom API call to authorize as specific steam account owns a game. That authorization is sent from Steam to Ubisoft Connect (the new Uplay client). There isn't a cdkey because it doesn't exist.

R6 seige used the new methodology you would never have registerd a cdkey on Steam. It would have been on Ubisoft Connect/Uplay

If you purchased the game on Steam it would look like this in your activation section

Its more likely you purchased the game on Uplay directly.
