Be warned that EAC has the same zero tolerance policy as VAC: The account gets banned. It doesn't matter who used the account to cheat.
Also, don't rebuy the game on a new account. Some EAC games use HWID bans, you will be banned again unless you get a new PC.
It falls on you to keep your account secure to prevent this as accounts with the 2fa enabled cannot be hacked and you should use that in the future.
I took it to EAC. Never contacted Valve. Do you maybe know how to Conract EAC where you can also write something, not just click on "check if its accurate"
If EAC or any anti cheat would lift bans as a result of account theft, cheaters would abuse VPNs to mask it was them in order to get their account ban lifted due to (staged) theft.
Save yourself the time and give up. Appealing is futile.
Problem was, the Person hacking my Account actually hacked my Email Account, since everrything was changed ( Phone Number, Email, Country and Stuff ), To change the Email, you have to confirm it.. and therefor you get a Email to your already used Email. So i guess he had access to it to confirm it. And ye, now im using different Ways to login. Learned my Lesson kinda.
Even if i can prove it? Like still having the Emails i got from Steam while trying to get my Account back? i mean, Steam also can confirm the Account theft if i reach out to them again.
Also, refrain from recycling passwords and use 2FA whereever possible.
It was your negligience that allowed someone else to cheat, therefore the ban is legitimate.
You are responsible for the safety of your account, system and associated third party services like e-mail that are linked to it.
Thanks for the Link, seems good to have.
Ye, i guess no Hope then. Thank you Guys.
