New laptop and non of my games seem to be loading

Hi, I've just recently bought my new Alienware laptop from Dell, its a beast for a lot of games like D2 Resurrected, Overwatch 2 etc etc.

However, whenever I try and load any older steam games, such as any Tomb Raider, ( 2-6, and Legend, Anniversary and Underworld) my computer either will say playing then stop playing, no screen will load up no nothing. Or I have also noticed another error that says "failed to initialise direct3d with current settings" or something along them lines with Direct x.

And for the likes of the older CORE tomb raiders, i mainly want to play 4, 5 and AOD, as the remasters for 1-3 came out, it will load a black screen, then shut off.

I have been on countless YouTube videos, community guides on Steam for each game that's titled "fix" and nothing, even downloaded that Dgvoodoo thing, that did not work at all.

Its like to say i have this killer beast laptop, no older game wants to even load what so ever.

Is anyone able to help please! :)
