Just to be sure, go through steps 1-6:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

If you clicked a link, looked at it, and noticed it's a scam, and that's all you did, you're probably completely safe. Those scams work by trying to trick people into logging in on a fake Steam login page that sends its information to the scammer.

i clicked it by accident and closed it before it could even load but idk if they could have gotten my login info from it or something

i opened it on a virtual machine to check what it really was and it was some weird poorly made forum that had nothing to do with what it was named after

Leave it blank. Only revoke if something is there.

You only need to confirm if you are adding or revoking a key, otherwise just press back on the client and proceed.
