games lagging

The last time I played my games...they all worked perfect. I haven't changed anything to make them start to lag. Today when I tried playing several different games...all of them lagged so bad they are unplayable. I have tried numerous different things to fix this with no success. Any help would be appreciated...thanks

try posting in those games own forums for help

Thanks...however it is all of my Steam games are lagging...so it seems that would be a Steam issue not a game issue.

I have the same problem my badges are off and can't customize my profile.
