GTA IV stucking on infinite black screen Loading
hello guys last night I installed gta 4 on my pc and when I started a new game I skiped the cutscene of first misson(cousins bellic)
and the game got stuck on a loading black screen
I saw many youtube videos but it wasn't helpfull

Undoubtedly high FPS; GTA4 wants 30 FPS, mostly works up to 60 and does not correctly on anything significantly higher (due to its engine deriving internal timing from framerate). Issue is advised on multiple times per day in the game forum, mostly by yours truly, See e.g.

That's a different context but see that FPS-issues list as to what FusionFix does. If still needed best to post into that forum indeed.
