How to enable Alt+Tab by Swipe Down on my Playstation Controller
In Steam > Settings > Controller and under Guide Button Chord Layout, there is already an option for Alt + Tab if you press Guide button + Start (hamburger) but I can't replicate this setup in any other Controller layout.

Okay, so I managed to setup Alt+Tab from any Layout, the secret was to use Right Alt key, the left simply didn't register for me.
