Pending transaction

So yesterday I've added some cash on my steam wallet, the transaction was pending for couple of hours for somehow. So I'm canceled it and requested refund, but steam doesn't allow me to requested it, I'm exit it and return but Steam deleting the transaction without any refund or cancel/confirmation email or anything relate to that transaction. I've using steam support but can you guys help me in case they can't do any thing

Pending is normal. Thats when they check with the bank/payment platform that you have the funds to cover the purchase. If you do the funds enter a pending 'stage' to prevent you spending it before it completes. Leave it pending and when it completes the money gets transferred and you'd get what you bought.

If you cancel whilst in the pending stage you don't get a refund because the money never left your account. The pending status is removed from your funds and they get released back into your account for you to spend

Pending is only an issue for using money in the Market. Pending funds can still be used to purchase games

If you used a credit card, use the verification mechanism to shorten the pending state

My visa debit card already deducted after 10 seconds but pending still happened for couple of hours so I'm decided cancel it to paying the game directly, the card still deducted the second transaction and the game is in my library

You cannot refund pending funds because the money has left your bank but not yet reached Valve. You had to wait for it either to be successful or fail - with the latter seeing the money return to your payment method in a few working days.

I'm just want to know if I can receive back the money back cause this is the first time I'm using steam wallet, I'm usually paying directly but the day before I sold some stuff in my inventory so I got little in steam wallet so I decided to use it for the first time. My card confirmed the transaction but steam still in pending so I'm cancelled it to purchased directly from both steam wallet and my card, the second transaction was nothing goes wrong.
