Part time worker game

Is there anyone who encountered this kind of problem? having good specs and still low fps in most of steam games? I've played read dead redemption 2 (not laggy, super smooth), Gta V (no lag at all) dota 2 is almost 60+ fps, but in "Part time worker" game here in steam my fps going down acting like it's a high end game. All of my setting are "Low"

Go to your library, click the game, on the right click "Discussions"

When posting in the game hub and speaking of performance especially with other games, ensure you include specifications. Mainly the cpu, gpu, ram amount.
