My Ubisoft Account got Hacked, and Ubisoft is not responding!!
A week ago my Ubisoft account got hacked, they immediately changed the password and email of my account, I've sent a few of Ubisoft's Account Recovery Form, but none of them have been answered. I really want to get my account back, but it seems like there's nothing I could do to get it back. Can anyone help me with this problem?

The only way to recover a Ubisoft account is via them. So you'll have to have patience, I guess.

Not gonna lie, in my experience UBISOFT has one of the worst customer supports on the current gaming market.
In 10+ years they never have been useful to solve any of my problems even ONCE.
You either get no reaction or something completely unhelpful.
They also LOVE to direct you to other partys to solve THEIR problem and have a " lol nothing to do with US" attitude.

One of the main reasons i stopped buying any UBISOFT games in the last few years.
I know this is not much help to you, just letting you know you most likely wont get much help from UBISOFT at all.

Their forums were useful at one time... so naturally, they closed them. No idea if talking publicly on their discord might help, but here's the link:

Be careful to follow the rules. If they have a good excuse to remove your message, it ain't gonna be effective.

Have you ever linked an Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Facebook or Twitch account to which you still have access to that same Ubisoft account? If the account thief hasn't unlinked them -- unlikely I guess but you never know -- then you can log in with those at

They have a website. You go there, and you contact them about it, and you do that yourself.

Ask not here. This is a user forum. These people are random people, who do not know anything about you, and aren't working here either, and cannot help you in any way, and should not be helping you either.

Or else contact Steam support.
https://help.steampowered.com/en/

Everything is better than asking me about it. Please, contact the employees, not random people on the internet.

Enter the long tail of replies saying that OP wasn't hacked but somehow just gave away their credentials, and yada yada, yada, yada, yada and also yada.

How am I supposed to feel good about myself otherwise?

Not too much experience yet myself but I already seem to have noticed that "log out of Steam" might be part of a good, eventual answer :relevantemoticon:

yeah, that's what everyone says. kinda bummed on the fact that such a big company could have a customer support so bad.

So the account linkage thing was not useful?

I recently felt strong enough about it to post the suggestion that Steam "very strongly suggest" Login-with-Steam for third-party account websites.

Rockstar has the same issue of their support sucking balls. Now, in an actual account-theft case it may not work since the thief could supposedly just unlink Steam anyway but it'd at least for other access issues such as forgotten password / inaccesible email work.
