I use FreeGameFindings on Reddit since someone usually post about it. I know Sims, World of Warships, Doom, and few other games given away frame or avatar items.

does anyone know here where to buy like cheap steam points? i really want those animated avatars and frames but i don't have a lot of money to spend on games

Purchase capsules inside CS2, get points, sell the capsules on the Market at a small loss after the 7 day cooldown.

Thousands of points per dollar.

Far more efficient than spending it on games.
