Titans of the New West bug (fallout new vegas mod)

I have just recently installed titans of the new west and I cannot use my pipboy, as a giant metal arm fills my screen every time I try to use it. I have tried for almost a week to find a fix to this issue, even installed a handheld pipboy mod, which didn't work. I am completely stuck on this issue and wondering if someone had a fix for it.
