Hello, I saw this Street Fighter 6 for sale on Gamivo.

It says ROW (Rest of World) but it also say cannot be activated in my country.

Entirely possible your country isn't RoW as per this game's publisher.

ROW doesn't necessarily mean the entire world. It's just whatever other countries the publisher decided not to restrict the game to other versions.

You need to find the version that complies with whatever country you reside in.

Funny how that site is not a legally authorized seller by Capcom and you ask why they sold you a key that is not region free.

Looks like they apparently made keys that can only be activated in SEA.
