How do I send gift to my friends in Europe?

I live in Asia in an area where games are cheaper then in the EU

I want to send gifts to my friends and I'm willing to pay the EU price for it

Is there a way for me to send them said gifts without going to some dubious steam key website?

I promise you there more than enough Re⭐s that can't/won't read the first sentence of any warning that in their face no matter how big, or flashy the warning is, and just either complain being overcharged, robbed, or tax/vat issues. Just like how there Re⭐s that runs to download virus, to get free cheats for CSGO only to get banned, then whines, or time people believe they get free stuff if they login to scam sites, or my favorite free v bucks lol.

Yeah I dream of cheese too, but cheese not always that simple to reach as how we want it to be, there always people that ruin things for others especially when we were able to go gift and vice versa with Russia back in the day before gifting, and trade restrictions was a thing.
