steam support. HELP!!!
I am unable to play assassins creed because it requires me to sign into ubisoft. I do not have access the ubisoft account due to 2 factor authentication. The codes dont show up in google authenticator. I don't have recovery codes. Ubisoft will not respond unless I sign in. I cant sign in without 2 factor authentication. I am unable to play the game I purchased. When requesting help or refund from steam they auto reply that I beyond the refund period. HELP! this is so frustrating. No phone numbers or live chats anywhere between the two companies.

Valve can't do anything about this. It's between you and Ubi.

And just for the heck of it, imagine how long you'd wait if they actually HAD chats or phone lines.

Can you not use recovery?

Can you not make new account to start ticket with support to doing recovery?

You must keep backup codes for any 2 fa you set up.
Also keep the setup code, so you could just set it up again if the code app fails.
Or use a 2fa app with backup, like aegis.

Not sure, can you use phone number to reset 2fa in ubisoft?
