So,actually,my friend give me a steam gift that name looks like this ,,Overkill's The Walking Dead - BETA Gift - Retired'' and i try to redeem on my account,but it shows this ,,This gift is already in your library.'' How can i solve this...Please help me guys

You don't. It's already in your library. It's retired anyway so you can't do anything with it.

OTWD otherwise known as overkills the walking dead had a beta leading up to the games release, however the beta expired long ago and the game is even gone from steam now. It was such a flop that within a few month the playerbase was in the single digits. This lead it to being removed for lack of profits.
