How to post a picture in a discussion post ?

Is this possible ? I wish to show a screenshot in a post, on the Stellaris forum. It's for strategy talks.

You upload the screenshot to your profile, then just paste the link to that picture in your post/reply. The forum will auto parse it and display the picture with title and description.
