Steam client language wont change.

Hello! I logged onto my steam client on my pc to find everything was in Greek (ironically I am greek but live in the US). Even after changing the language settings in my profile back to english not everything displays as such. I have steam guard and there was no log in attempts on my account. the web browser and mobile version of steam were unaffected. I uninstalled steam and cleared all files related/redownloaded IN ENLGISH just to have my log in page still be in greek. Only games i had downloaded were wallpaper engine, Apex, Star wars battlefront 2005 with some community mods that never gave me issues.

Have you tryed to delete the htlm steam cache before launching steam after you did a new setup ?
while steam is not running, just delete folder here
Users\<yourwiindowsuser>\AppData\Local\Steam
and launch steam again

Ive uninstalled from apps as well as deleted the app data from the folders. I even deleted steam installer and redownloaded that and installed a fresh file for it to just still be in greek.

sorry i stated apps but i was referring to the apps option after selecting "settings" on windows. I am on my PC. The PC client is the only version that seems to be having this issue. As for the folder you were talking abt i was unable to find steam in my User folder. I had it downloaded to program files which is where i deleted the folder from as well. To be clear i have deleted/uninstalled steam completely from my pc maybe 4 times already LOL

ah i see! yes i just did that unfortunately the steam log in once running opened in greek

So you deleted the steam folder located at Users\<yourwiindowsuser>\AppData\Local\ or the html folder located at Users\<yourwiindowsuser>\AppData\Local\Steam while steam was not running ?

if you run regedit and go like in the screenshot i've posted , what do you have ?

I deleted the HTML cache as per instructed when steam was not running. I DID just run regedit and yeah its showing the language as greek
