Network Local Transfer Problems
This hasn't always been the case, but roughly 2-3 months ago, whenever I try to log into Steam on both my laptop and PC, whichever device logs in first will be met with a "NO CONNECTION" as the second one logs in. This wont let me go online in 99% of cases, so as the title says, it completly refuses to let NLT function.

On a very rare occasion I can trick the "NO CONNECTION" device into continuing to download games/updates the usual way, but 9 times out of 10 it'll kill any active downloads with a "No Internet Connection" next to all downloads.

I originally thought the introduction of a Steam Deck into my ecosystem was the cause, but the timelines dont line up for this to be the cause. Either device however can NLT to the Steam Deck independantly with no issues, it just requires the other device to logged out of Steam. The issue seems to be solely with my laptop and PC running at the same time.

To add to the confusion, I also have a Windows "Server" which has Steam installed, and when both said "server" and my PC are running Steam, neither of them knock eachother out, they function perfectly fine.

I have tried:
- Reinstalling Steam on both devices
- Restarting both devices
- Checking for updates of all drivers and also Steam Client etc
- Making sure neither are on the beta version of Steam
- Restarting my router
- Making sure all required ports including 27040 are open on my devices firewalls and router

Possibly useful info:
- This used to function perfectly fine and there was no major (or manual) change that I made within my network or on either these devices that would cause the change.
- Both machines are running Windows 10 Pro
- Both machines are running modern mid-high end hardware
- Both machines have no other network related issues barring that my PC for some reason has never been "discoverable" in Windows no matter what changes I've made within my network, but this has never impeded LAN gaming or RDP, just weird Windows File Explorer things (only raising this as it's a discoverability thing so could be connected, not looking for a fix).
- The Windows "server" is also running Windows 10 Pro, same as the PC

If anyone has any other ideas to try, I'd highly appreciate it.

Enter Big screen mode, then exit to large mode, do this work, its another steam user that notice it, according to him.

ps.
Do you understand how stupid this sounds for tech ppl here, ( fact is i dont care how stupid it sounds, what if this is a srewupsettings tthat can happend with them 2 mode, this iss steam support issue, if this is the case, ( youi need to understand stupid advice is seen before, but its steam user themself that need to confirm this. ) we are user here, and sense i dont use controll or BS mode in a longtime, then i will not could confirm it, and it dont help then i and other steam users do not have "NO CONNECTION" ppost has nothing yto do with me, but lets say the other steam user never bother with reply, so this info will not be suggested or repeated anymore.

gl with it.

gl with reinstall OS then, seem to fix all steam user own issue with it and the option and screwup they are using.

And we are not support here, make steam ticket if you have a issue, ( Don't be in FS view, another of therm issue with it when steam look at other steam library and the user is not online, ( we think this is the issue ) steall steam support that need to look at it, not us as steam users here.
