I was robbed!!! STEAM, where is your responsibility?
I log in using Steam Guard. No one STOLE my password and email. I have NO viruses! My PC was turned off, suddenly I got an email that someone bought from my Steam account on the Market for almost $200!!! I immediately reported the thief's nickname and his purchases on my Steam account. How is that possible?! WHERE are STEAM's security and responsibility?! I immediately changed my password and logged out of my devices. How on earth was my PC ONLY on the list of devices using Steam? How did the thief get in?! Reports sent, how long do you have to wait for a response and a refund?

Grow up, I didn't give my data to ANYONE
Oh, truly? Then perhaps you could elucidate how someone could manage to guess your email address, password, and 2FA codes without any involvement on your part. Must be some impressive guesswork.

I WILL NOT let anyone convince me that I am not safe. I do NOT click on links, email attachments, or visit "strange" sites. I have not had an antivirus alert for YEARS, and I also scan my system EVERY DAY with MalwareBytes. I do NOT use illegal software. I have had the $200 in my account for 40-50 days.

Yet, it happened.

Let Steam answer THESE questions. I used THEIR Steam Guard protection. No one ever hacked my Xbox or Playstation account. Someone entered my Steam "Guard" account, bought some crap, I did NOT get an email with a CODE from Steam.

Once a device is verified once, or an API key is entered, the requirement for a "code" is null and void.

But to get those, you need to have provided them with an active Steamguard code in the first place to let them on the account.

I understand it is incredibly frustrating. But chances of this not being you at some being infected with malware or more likely being phished are realistically non-existent, and this will be also the reason that Steam support will provide you with as to why you will not be getting those funds refunded.

If it happened to me I'd be livid...

So Steam is not responsible?! I comply with their security requirements. Instead of stealing games from the Internet - I honestly topped up my Steam Wallet to legally buy games from them.

then contact steam support by open a ticket and ask nice about this see what they say

Was it Steam who gave your login details away?

Thank you. I'm furious because I lost $200, I followed Steam Guard requirements, I can't blame myself for NOTHING in terms of my PC's security. Now I read that... it's MY FAULT, and Steam won't refund the money?...

That's right. Valve isn't the one to blame here. And you know that very well.

I do NOT share them. WHY did I not get an email with the CODE when the thief logged into my account? I MUST provide this code!
