Game resolution stuck at 800x600 (all games)

I was playing Elden ring today on my laptop and just checking the settings and the resolution is at minimum 800x600 when i try to change it game crash, i tried many times every time it crashed so i open sekiro in that same problem but in that only one resolution is showing 800x600,until i change my display manually to my dedicated graphic card.I updated my drivers and window also but the problem is still there, so i have to change my display manually every time i play games or there is any solution....ohh and it's starts happening from today only till yesterday everything was normal

3rd party program most likely controlling your windows settings at the kernel level

And preventing the user to change the settings manually
