Just recheck your bank statements, some banks works by deleting your statements if it within 24hrs returned updating back the $2.36. And some banks don't delete anything at all, and just add new statement whenever something returned.
Attach Proof: I’ve attached screenshots and bank statements showing the charge for your reference.
Touch Base with Your Bank: Hi [Bank’s Name], I’m following up on a $2.36 charge that hasn’t been refunded yet. Can you check if there’s any way to dispute this or if you need more information from me?
Keep Everything in Order:
Document Everything: Keep a record of all your interactions with Steam and your bank, including dates and details.
Save Your Records: Make sure to save copies of all emails and statements.
Consider Escalating: If you’re still having trouble, you might want to escalate the issue with Steam’s support or reach out to a consumer protection group.
Does this help? Let me know if you need any more adjustments!
