Cube Game publisher sale does not have sekiro on sale?

I have been waiting for sekiro to come on sale for ages now. I have recently beaten bloodborne and the elden ring dlc and thought that sekiro would be a good next souls game to play. I thought I would be able to start when I saw that cube game publisher sale was active. For some odd reason though sekiro isn't on sale at all. It is literally on the cover art for the steam sale and is even in the featured section yet it is the only game that is not on sale? Is this some error that only I'm seeing or what?

If the temporary availability of money is the problem, why not keep some Steam Wallet balance at hand for the opportunity the game enters sale again? Wallet balance does not expire.

That is a good idea but it would really suck having to wait even longer, it is what it is I suppose.

One thing to note, if you don't live in a region where Cube Game is the publisher, it won't be on sale for you at all.
