The only way to connect the Quest 2 to a PC via cable is with a (long) USB-C to USB-C cable.
META sells a special USB-C cable for that purpose for like 80 bucks.
If your PC does not have a USB-C port you need another cable with a USB-A adapter.
Apart from that you can also use wireless solutions but those also need specific adapters you need to buy.
