You can't ask for refunds for items in the steam account inventory
No way of requesting refunds
Valve cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of Steam (for example, CD keys or Steam wallet cards purchased from third parties).
Hacker made 5 purchase using my account on steam market (hig probability to inject wallet to his/her account),, i wish i could refund the item and the money
Market transaction history
Alfanumeric password and steam guard,, any tips to increase account security beside those?
As far as i know,, by using login cache, both can be bypass (there is a .bat script using login cache to switch account)
I'm currently thinking to change pass again to a longger passphrase... But no ide to avoid login cache...
All gaming accounts compromised
Deauthorize all devices first
And don't visit 3rd party malicious websites
Still gonna deauthorize devices soon ..
Take the following steps to secure your Steam account:
1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
For step 1,, is Avast boot scan good enough?
